Waterproofing

Hey guys i am out at weekend in the sj and just doing afew bits n one thing a totally forgot about is waterproofing , i have the vit 1.6 spi engine n i read somewRe they dont like water at all wheres best to make watertite and what to use, thanks

Yea twiss thr joint on the end of the z bar that connects to the steerin box arm , is it just like a track rod end or can it not be replaced , thanks

Steering joint

Hey guys quick question slowly going down my list of lil jobs , when i did my powersteering conversion i noticed the joint on the steering arm that connects to steering box could do with bin replaced , i have a z bar so just wondering can these even be replaced i carnt seem to find any on ebay thanks

Cheers Darell got that wiring done today n all spot on blew afew leaves out from someware but all is working minus afew air ducts and tubes but atleast it works , left it tickin over bout 15 mins felt a slight tem change , i noits cold out there lol , so to make sure i got it wright that valve thing...

Thanks Darell its a c reg 410 , all the contols have bin ripped out the front but all the rest is still there , heres a pic of the green connector out the back of hvac also have the other end of green connector so if am wright in think if i just run a normal switch from the live n nutral wires here ...

Cheers dan yes i can see all that thanks mate , am guessing i need to power it , there is a green plug coming out of the motor bit on hvac whats best way to power it up as i have vitara loom in , thanks mate
