2.5 hours in mine is fairly tiring due to the noise. Ear defenders help, but it's still a bit draining.

That will be a long drive for you Scottie. :S We have discussed going for a weekend next year. The idea being do the route we did this weekend on day 1, stay over somewhere and do the route in reverse on day 2. There is the odd lane with a voluntary one way route on, so that would need to be crossed...
