Wondering if a transfer case from a 4 speed 410 will mate up to a 413 5 speed gearbox. Any ideas?

Oh boy. I've plopped on some 31inch tyres on 15inch rims to my 413 and now it is slower than a Kia Rio. Would putting in a 410 transfer case help?

Do you get heat from the de misters, the vents on the sides of the dash (side window demisters) and the vents by your feet? I have no heat at all coming into the cab! Thermostat is new, all seems normal, temp guage reads normal too. Oh and the fan blower has packed up too. Any ideas?
