As long as it has the same number of teeth and width as your OEM, I think most of the generic aftermarket ones would be OK.

Which model do you have?
My SJ can aquire some water in both footwells (in via the top of the doors) if the rain drives in at a certain angle.

Couple of questions, I can't quite make out but have you sewn in edge piping or is it just folded over corners? and are both left and right seats identical?
