MOTd

The SJ was in for MOT today and passed :rockin: All in sound apart from 'rear fog lamp not working'...but the tester knows the light gets submerged in water/mud so overlooked that issue. I keep meaning to move the fog light higher fitting it to the back door - something Ive done before and it looks ...

I’m building a raft for a group of young people who are raising money to go out to work with marginalised children in Romania this summer. They are entering a raft race or two and will get sponsors I built two rafts two years ...

Re: Is approx 25miles too far to go for a pint?

I think it depends on what you're driving.... If its a motor you like then the 25 miles is part of the night out right??? I meet up every month with a bunch of mates from a sports car club...its 23 miles each way but I love the drive there and back

Free Alloys

In fact better than free alloys :D I'm not a massive fan of ebay but recently paid £40 for a set of 7 x 15 alloys (Daihatsu pepper pot style) with 31x11.50 mud tyres on. I removed the tyres and then listed them on ebay and they went for £57...!! :guns: Right...so that's £17 towards my BF Mud Terrain...

Re: Powder Coating

Thanks. I think the OE parts have a kinda plastic coating on them too. We have a lot of stuf powder coated for our VWs and it just doesnt look/feel the same as the Suzuki accessories Need to find where I can get plastic coating done then...and how much it costs. I hope its similar to powder coating ...

Powder Coating

Hi...I can't decide if the accessories on my SJ are powder coated or have a plastic coating on them. They are original Suzuki parts - light guards, bull bar etc - but some are white and some black

Anyone know what the coating is on these items?

thanks
Paul
