Hi guys I've finally sorted it out many thanks for all your suggestions greatly appreciated it turned out to be the inlet manifold gasket. I sprayed carb cleaner on it and it revved up a little so I changed the gasket and woo hoo it's running on all 4. I can't believe it all this time of keep setting up the timing Once again thank you all so much. Graham
