2005 Grand Vitara Rust

I am looking to buy a Grand Vitara and saw one today that had done 54,000 miles, with a 55 plate. The car passed its MOT a couple of weeks ago, with a new exhaust. I went to inspect the car and it seemed to drive well, but noticed it was quite rusty on the underside, is this car particularly bad or is this normal? Please see attached photos
