I watch too many Jap Suzuki vids :shock: they also pronounce Jimny, 'Jiminy', as in Jiminy Cricket :D

Yeah, mine gets called a few things, Suzi, Zuki, Jemima, Jimmy, Jimmeh (As in South Park), and a few words that I can't use on here :)

That's because they don't have sounds in japanese for say.... "Jim"

so they make it from ji-mi-ni

Ah good stuff to know!! Sorry haven't been on the forum in a while, just catching up on all the info, I started my new job on Monday so will get my first months work pre-paid at the end of the month, then I'll get my new springs & shocks, I think I'll get a set of 1"lifts from Dave @ llama, I presume I'll need extended shocks any make that is best? Also will I need shackle towers with a full set of 1" lift leafs? Cheers

You might need them yes.. Personally think its best to put the springs on with the current shocks and see how it flexes up.
1" lift might not make too much difference. If you need new ones I would look at astra mk2 shocks... cheap, and nice and soft

Is that a yes to shackle towers? And cheers :D so I could still use Astra shocks with a lift?
