Hey guys so went to get some pics today but my phone died so will get some tomoz , so had a nother look left to right , i can get full lock when right hand dow bolts hit the axle so spot on , but when trying left hand down am about a inch inch n a half away from bolts hitting the axel so basically problem is when turning left , thanks

While you did it did you check for any binding like Is your steering bar hitting the spring or the pitman arm on the steering box hitting the chassis.

If not disconnect the drag link and check to see if the steering box is reaching its limit when turning left. If so you will need to pull the pitman arm off (needs a puller) and then centre all the steering so that you get equal lock both ways.

Cheers lads yea solved the problem today the z bar was hitting the spring at the bottom so was restricting it so just cut it out , thanks

As long as it hasn't weakened the Zbar it should be alright I guess
