Service lights

Post by piptpipt » Sat Jan 19, 2019 3:26 pm

Hi,

I have a 2009 1.9ddis GV, the problem is that when you turn ignition on the ESP service light comes on and then flashes to the 4x4 service light this carries on and I am unable to start car, turns over but will not start turn ignition off back on up to 50- 200 times until the service lights stop then am able to start, just wondering if any one else came across this and any cure would be great..

Phil

Not really my field of expertise, but I'd recommend getting an ODB2 reader, plugging into the ECU and reading the error codes. Usually this is the best place to start when the warning lights start coming on, at least it is with modern vehicles.
