Clutch problem

Post by Maz » Wed Dec 11, 2019 9:48 am

Hi I’m new to the site just purchased a 2005 gv2000 16v manual

the problem is the clutch is very light till 3/4depressed then heavy it has to be all the way down and it still struggles with first gear but other gears are ok I bought it for my wife and she is struggling with the heavy last 1/4 of the peddle as it ishard to depress

I’m worried I will spend a fair amount of money if I change the clutch , pressure plate , thrust bearing and master cylinder any advice what to do please thankyou in advance
