Post by Rabid Rhino » Sat Dec 14, 2019 12:20 pm

There are 2 Zuwharries a year held a Uwharrie In North Carolina.
One in April and one in October. This is the latter.
The April one used to be the main one. Now its changing, like the seasons.

Nothing says hardcore on the Trail like wire wheel hub caps.
I'm seriously thinking about putting some on a project Jimny that will be mainly for the road

In the US the Liana is called an Aerio and comes with a 2.3 liter 4 cylinder which is what John M has in his Samurai buggy on build up Toyota axles and 40" BFG competition Red Lable Crawler Stickies which kind of makes most obstacles easy and no fun

That looks like great fun thanks for sharing the pics! Is hydro steering legal in the US then?

Regulations vary State to State. Generally not in the North as you need a mechanical link so Hydro assist is OK but regulations thin out as you go South and go into the country. Alabama for example, where my chassis lifted Vitara is going, there is no inspection. God bless 'em.
Some people get round state laws by registering them as Agricultural vehicles so get limited road use within a certain distance of home. Others classify them as utility vehicles for occasional road use so no inspection.
