Those shackles are quite vertical... it will probably make the ride quite bumpy

CHeers dude, the shackles also caught me too, i cant see why they are so straight? im thinking they might sag after the weight of the sj has been sitting on it for a while.

On a side note ive just bought a very original but very rotten LWB sammy :D not sure whats happening with it yet, might make a thread if i decide to repair it, apart from the obvious its never been offroaded (by the looks of it), starts and runs perfect, has original hard top etc.

Got a little bit more done, just odds and sods.

got some offcuts of chequer plate off the scrapman last week and made a little guard for the front end, not sure if i like it yet.

also fixed the bit of rot on the bonnet, just need to skim over it and prep it for painting.

So after more than 2 years ive got some more bits and bobs sorted out.

Doorcards are now wrapped in a camo type material.

Now has servo brakes.

Alternator re positioned and new adjuster made.

Glowplug relay fitted and light added to dash.
