I've been having a bit of a break from the inter web but I'm still in the workshop as much as I can be (not enough) and I still own too many zooks.

No this is just another project :hahaha: Buggy is going to be Lj based and there will be a lot less original sheet metal ;)

Done a bit more work on the transmission tunnel etc since these pics but I nearly have all the body welding finished.

Cheers Rankine, It's been a lot of work but should be a nice strong base for a body mounted roll cage. I might add some tube to the box section sills, need to keep those trees away from the doors.

If only could get box section that flat but wider so it was like a solid step. Definetly safe the doors.

Why would you want a solid step? SJ's aren't that hard to climb in and out of and side steps are just something more to get in the way and catch on stuff.
