Can you not just get them to swap the diff carrier from your old axle into the new casing you have bought? It would be the easiest thing to do if your old diff is ok. You are going to struggle to find an early small flange 410 diff so it would be easiest to use your original diff in the new housing.

After a busy month or so... the SJ lives on! I managed to source a complete rear axle from Spain, got that fitted and managed to get it through its test. So it's now at least driveable and useable.

Spent this week bringing some shine back to the paintwork as it was incredibly flat. Still a few bits to do - needs a full service and also some work to the suspension as the bushes look like they've seen better days but the little SJ is on the up!
