Ilse Of Wight

The Xl7 got its 1st proper run out last week a nice 216 mile trip Donny to Southampton with 5 people and 5 weeks worth of luggage on board! Jumped on the Ferry then drove from Ryde to Thorness Bay, used just under half a tank to get there which I was more than happy with! Plenty of hills and got to use some of the dirt roads thanks to some diversions/road closures when exploring round the island. Didn't miss a beat all week very impressed with my cheap XL7 so far, now it's time to get her offroad ready :doublethumbs:

Awesome! Glad you're getting use out of it and enjoying it (which is key!). What are the off road ready plans then?

Some steel wheels with A/Ts and a small lift to give it a bit more clearance to begin with, then upgrade other parts as they need replacing.
