paint codes

good evening all.trying to find out the colour code for the bumpers front and rear. they have been slightly scraped by the previous owner and i would like to tidy them up. they are a silver colour but there are an awful lot of different shades so would like to get it right.. also, does anyone know of a workshop manual as halfords do not do them. the car is a 2004 grand vitara 2ltr petrol. any advice would be much appreciated .
