Post by Uklilly95 » Thu Oct 01, 2020 3:14 pm

Hi all I am rebuilding a jimny engine m13a I have everything other than the conrod bearings/shells, I'm having a problem finding the right ones as the one with part number 12100-70880-0C0 is the wrong ones as the location nub on the shells is on the the wrong side and I can't find them with it on the other side, i have added some pictures of the ones i got and as you can see they are wrong and one picture is of my old engine on right and the one I am rebuilding on left and as you can see they are different. any help would be appreciated thanks luke

Where did you acquire the rod bearings, are they OEM or or other make?
are the old ones really shot? ive done some horrible things to an M13 engine and not hurt the rod bearings.

From memory there is a Glyco bimetal set available for the m13, same bi-metal construction as the oem.

Ive had luck with these mobs in the past, give em a call they might be able to help
