battery fixing

Battery fixing....anyone know how the battery should be fixed down....mine isn't and it failed the mot because of it ! :pissed:

Mine is held down with a small ratchet strap, went through last mot like it. :thumbup:
I Know how to work it. Not, how it works...............

As long as it's fixed down they are normally happy.
Here is a pic of the SJ fixings.
A kit from halfrauds would do the job, but one side may need shortening and the end bending back ?

A bit of flat bar with a couple of holes and some threaded rod from the DIY shop would do it if the filler plugs are flush with the top.
