From my experience on Offroad days it's always the ones with 1.3 rads that have to stop more to cool down......fine on road but when crawling along at 10mph max for hours on end they don't cut it.

If the 1.3 rad was big enough then why did Suzuki fit a bigger one with the 1.6? ;)

Never had any problems with my 1.3 rad either. With a Pug leccy fan it was always good, right up to the moment it split

Let's not get the topic heated up, haha, 1.6 rad has been ordered up.

Currently 410 t-box is on there, and am wanting to upgrade to rocklobster, when funds allow.

Longer springs offer a better all round performance then? Will have to get looking for some hilux springs or something, like the sound of that. Would be cool to pop up sometime. My mob is 07********if you'd like to use that to arrange a time that suits you. Thanks. The SJ is laid up at the mo engineless as am taking the time to try and get the conversion done right. Measure twice and do it once and all that.

You may not have seen me though Dean because of my attempted camo paintjob I've done. Should be back pulling again by the end of the month. Gives me a chance to enjoy driving my puma again.

Cool, Yeah longer springs make a big difference to flex and ride comfort. you do need to make adapters to run them but that's not hard if you have basic fabrication skills.

cool I'll save your number and then remove it from your post so that you don't end up with floods of cold calls haha

Thanks most appreciated. Weren't a good idea that probably. My fabrication skills are ok, have kept her on the road for 6 years now, so I've had a bit of practice.
