Vitara help.. Bit of Advice Needed!!!

Post by rocko » Fri Aug 29, 2008 12:08 pm

I have made a snorkel for my vit (1995 swb) with some 2" flexey tube & two feet of alloy pipe with a K&N air filter on the end sounds great, however I have noticed it seems to louse power? (Missing Hight rev's)
any ideas!!

It sounds as though your snorkel is to restrictive, ie your not getting enough air to your engine. If you dont have enough air you cant burn the fuel efficiently so you wont get your revs up. Try using some 4"piping!
