Tidy looking welds and a good finish there. I love it when there is space and time to to the job properly. I can imagine it is frustrating and satisfying in equal measures. Just the kind of project I love reading about. Cheers.

I enjoy the repairs and painting SZ5 but the strip down and paint prep is always a chore definetly satisfying once it gets to this stage though. Now I've just got the interior and exterior to prep

So what's the plan with it? Will the restoration be back to 'stock' or have the mods fitted? I'm a bit of a fan of the 'original' look rather than the lifts and things.

The quality of your welding and tin work are truly a work of art,a skill i always wished i could do,but alas i doubt that i will ever happen,just like driving them these days rather than get on a damp floor and ruin your joints like i did 4 years ago working on motors.
