Re: donnington 4x4 show
just got back from the land rover and a few other bits show.
it was ok for a first time and got a few bargains but not as many bargains as i had hoped, bugger all for sj or vitara's, but if you own a l/r then you could have bought almost an entire vehicle.
the signing was bad, no show signs on the approach to donnington that we over shot and had to turn around.
some nice trucks on display and a few enginnering parts but sadly lacking in other 4x4 makes really.
was going for a winch bumper and winch but even a maker of vitara winch bumpers had no stock of them.
we also tried seeing what doscount could be taken off if me and my son bought a 12,000 winch each, but a free T shirt did not cut it.
oh well took loads of cash and brought almost all of it back to spend somewhere else.
if i lived closer i would go again but 5 hours of travelin, there & back, may put me off for next year.

Re: donnington 4x4 show
Sorry it was a bit pooh. I've not heard good reports on it for Suzuki owners, but each year people say it's going to be better so I don't put people off in case it is. Sadly it sounds as crap as ever
