Where,s best place to get a handbrake cable for an "S"reg SAMMY ??

S reg? Are you sure they dont exist.
If you are trying to find one for yours then i wouldnt bother.
1 they are very expensive, and often unavailable, and 2 the handbrakes do not last long on the drums, even mine on discs are still pretty shocking!
What i would do is fit a line lock (this is what im going to do to the panda as it os not on the road)

No they arnt.
Your handbrake has to be separate from your hydraulic pedal circuit.
With these all you do is foot brake, lock the line so the fluid is locked in the back (or the front) thus having a handbrake.

Where from and how much can you get a line lock for ??
Had thought about one but wasnt sure about competition use.

The only thing is you will have to re rout your rear brake line into the cab.
