Mopeds are back....

Post by donkeychomp » Sat Jun 02, 2018 11:32 pm

Dammit. After reporting a little tosser on his moped after seeing him almost hit a mum holding a baby I reported him to the cops. They are aware of the bastard and I was informed they took his ped away and it will be crushed...then today...

After reporting that little tosser on the moped he has got another one. Driving home tonight him and two mates did their damndest to kill themselves (or someone else) by tailgaiting me, trying to undertake on a single carriageway, braking suddenly, shooting through roundabouts when cars are turning INTO them etc. Called 101 again and the cop on the other line was very helpful. He said a) fill out a report on line (did that) b) get a gopro thing and record them (got one on charge now) and c) if you have another witness we can prosecute. I do and I am meeting her tomorrow. Cop also said this will mean going to court, I said fine, bring it on.

Little wankers, almost feral, they hunt in packs. Get one on his own though and he's crap his pants at the sight of me and an entrenching tool.

Was just watching this morning on the news proposed plans to give police more power to actually chase people like this.

The current red tape for things such as not chasing people not wearing helmets etc is going to be slackened to actually catch people like this so fingers crossed!

Would a bit of harsh braking not have dealt with a handful of the tail gaiters? :brows:

Saw a biker wipe himself out the other week.

Was tailgating a van trying to overtake. Van stopped. Bike didn’t.

Yikes! I'm guessing the biker didn't live to tell the tale then?

He was just badly shook up, no injuries. Bike took a but of damage but was still rideable.
