Trimmed down the metal wheel arch, more SCUK poo rubber fitted. It’s such a universal item.

I need to play with the suspension a bit more. Possibly cut off the rear bump stop extensions and see if the tyres foul the body work.

On the front it fouls the top shock mount and the shocks bottom out before the springs. So longer shocks and relocated mounts required.

The front axle also needs moving back an inch.

The list of jobs goes on....

Because the tyre rub the inside of the arches on full tilt used button head bolts from the inside out. Not as pretty as the other way but more practical just the bolts to trim down.

Discovered due to various changes i have made the front bump stops are all but useless. Under compression the front axle is so far forwards it barely catches the bump stop.

On fabbing some new stops up so i can just cut the old off and weld new ones in, slightly further forwards and closer to the chassis.

Just cracking on doing little bits at a time while i have a couple of extra days off.

Bump stop need a triangle brace that will sit under the chassis.

Would like to think i can get the old bump stops off, chassis cleaned and the new ones welded in in a day / weekend.

Still got the leaky back axle to do.

Floor needs a fair bit of welding but its taxed and MOTd so trying not to do anything that will take me forever and ending up with a taxed and test zuk i can’t use.
