Bonjour!

Post by zacspeed » Thu Dec 02, 2010 12:19 pm

Hi everyone, I'm Dave from Norwich.
New to this forum but not new to Suzuki's or off-roading (had a couple of Vits, an Isuzu Trooper & a L*** R**** 90  Had about 3 years out after the dreaded divorce & subsequent drop in income (I think it was Rod Stewart who once said "I'm never getting married again - I'm just going to find a woman I hate & give her a house")
Just got me a 1987 SJ413, with Nikki carb, Ford Cougar seats, 3 Inch shackel lift, 32 mm spacers, and General Lee air horns  (up for sale VERY soon). All finished in a rather fetching Toyota forklift orange.
She's a bit tatty & needs a bit of TLC but otherwise I'm a happy camper at the mo :smoke:

I think all SJs are like that dude. Mine looks pretty in photos, but it's got a holes in the offside front wing, almost got a hole in the driver's footwell and a hole in the boot floor near the fuel filler pipe.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.
