2017 automatic gear shift moves up so 1st to 3rd and D to neutral ? why ?

Sorry I’m confused about your question? Is this about the shift layout? That’s a normal shift layout for an auto.

Or is the gearbox not working correctly? If so maybe it needs a service or a solenoid has failed.
