Suzuki Alto 2005 - bottom.metak cups for seating the rear springs

Hi

My Alto has just failed it's MoT on rusty rear spring seating cups.

These are welded onto the rear axle.

Are replacement metal cups available? Or is it a whole new rear axle ?

It's annoying as the car has only done 43k miles.

I had a look on google and they do cups but not owning an alto I don’t know if it’s the part you need
