Re: Suzuki Samurai Van Project Rust Free !!!
hello,
few pics from todays work, just mocked it all up to see if all still fitted.
need to crack on with it now, taken too long now!!
still need to rub some of it down, and repaint the inner wings, next step will be to take it all of again, finish the primer work and paint it. put it back together and then drive it!!

hello,
last night i decided i was going to cut this bumper up.
but got out to the garage and i am now having second thoughts!!!
i popped the cage on and it looks terrible......
really dont know what to do now, doesnt look like a hope it would do, i am thinking that i will need to cut a lot more of teh winch bumper off to make it suit:
really dont know where to go with this now!!!
ideas please???
thanks

Re: Suzuki Samurai Van Project Rust Free !!!
fixed it!!!
i like the way taht this looks,
very happy!!!
i cut teh bullbar bit off, and then managed to get the cage to move back a little more, then i used cable ties to hold on the outrigga bits,
IS THERE ANYTHING CABLE TIES DONT DO!!!

Re: Suzuki Samurai Van Project Rust Free !!!
That is an awesome modification / resoration proj. I was thinking bout shot blasting mine but was too scared it wouldn't come back.
Looking at your repairs your a bit, errrrr....... Better at certain aspects than me. The repairs look spot on.
What engine is it / will it be running?
Keep up the superb build
