Hi just after some advise on spring set up for the sammy. Im yet to post pics up of it as im just organising having the body welded up where required. When its finished i can concentrate on the fun part of modification
Its got a 2" body lift on shackles and the shockers are standard. When i went over a drop the shockers used to reach there full travel and make a banging noise. I fitted some shock extensions from ebay for the rear which solved the problem but now the bosy of the shocker fouls the extended mount bit. Sorry hard to explain without pics
What are my better options for sorting this? New shockers all round?
Also what options for improved springs are there on the market? mine are probably past their prime now and iv had to put a jubilee clip around one to stop the leafs banging together
