:welcome: to the club. That looks a very tidy tin top  .

I would recomend getting some freewheeling hubs for it. Might help a little with the fuel consumption. Although they are thirsty little buggers :pepsi: .

That was a great welcome last week thanks. Been taking some time to get to know my (well my partner's) truck. Seems to be going pretty well but never thought I'd spend so much time in 5th gear in the city centre! Fitted my replacement rear door handle, new sound system, a few other fixes and waiting for new bushes and spacers to arrive. Also took off the sticker from the rear view saying 'caution:liable to go sideways without warning' - which I assumed was a joke but after a few roundabouts I wasnt too sure! Also lost the 'monster stickers'!

Biggest question is going to be around the fiddling I've been doing between the choke (PO installed a manual wire thingy) air/fuel mixture screw and managing cold starts so I better get posting on more appropriate part of the forum soon!

I believe the wheels are from a Vitara, running Goodyear eagle NCT 215/65/16, rubbing on lock but spacers might help (from bits4vits, thanks for the suggestion). No plans to wreck the tintop yet, but totally addicted to the sammy 'jump' clips on youtube! I'll look into the locking hubs, cheers, had no idea something like that existed. Any link to a cheap site would be great.
