Re: Project KJA
cheers.
yea its going to be a tipper.
I can finish the tipper points and the frame for the bed but i need to find some transit tipper gear so i know where all the brackets and bits will fit.
should come in handy for all sorts of stuff.
im pretty happy with it, its coming together bits are starting to look like bits of things, instead of piles of rust dotted about the place.

Re: Project KJA
some more bits arrived today, still a few bits to come.
my kit to do the front axle balls, (all the seals, gaskets, rubbers, bearings) and some funky mini bump stops for the rear.
and a new clutch kit, (only £39) decided to change the competition clutch because its mostly going to used for general stuff, ill keep the other clutch for future use.
i also bought a tipper setup off a transit (pump + 3 stage ram) but have got to arrange collection on that one, dont really want to do a 600 mile round trip. lol ebay photo
spent a few quid the last 2 days

Re: Project KJA
Nice. Looking forward to seeing this tipper bed build as it comes together.
Interparcel gave me some good quotes to collect a transfer box and bring it to me.
£7.50 but I had to ask the fella nicely to pack it and put a address sticker on it.
Just be a bit sparing with the description of whats in the package as they wont take anything that has contained oil unless fully flushed out.
Maybe "van tipper mechanism"

Re: Project KJA
All sellers on ebay have to accept paypal. Been that way for a few years now.
If he wont accept it tell him you will find one elsewhere. Im sure he will soon change his mind!
