differance between a 410 and a 413 gearbox

differance between a 410 and a 413 gearbox

hi there can any one tell me the diferance between a sj410 and a sj413 gearbox.
i have found out that the raico is diffrent but is that it ?

The ratio is how many turns of the shaft that goes into the engine does, in reltion to the output shaft going into the T box.


I belive they have a different bell housing and some 410s had 4 speed.

i have sj410 and i puting in a 1.5 td and am thinking of useing a 413 gear box.
i sent a frind this link
and this it what i was asked to find out
1: If the clutch plate is the same it will give you an idea if the input shaft is any bigger
2: Is the third motion shaft bearing is the same , its more of a case of if its bigger then its beefier and should put up with a bit more of the extra power
