Hi Guys!
Hi Guys!
Hello all,
New Samurai owner here...
Been wanting an SJ for a long time now, holding out for the right LWB to turn up, and then I found it!!!
'92 SJ413JX LWB, 57k miles, 1 previous owner (2 now), completely original and unmolested
She's an absolute beaut! Not a thing wrong with her really, everything works, solid as a rock underneath, the only things I could say (and thats being really picky) are;
The 4wd warning light doesn't work,
There's a lil bit of noise from the rear axle (pretty sure its just a dry o/s wheel bearing, no significant play but could probably do with a new one),
Dent in the n/s wing with a wonky bumper (but what SJ isn't like that!),
It's missing the front o/s bumpstop,
The Rev Counter seems to read half of what it should???
And the wingnuts to hold down one of the rear seats have sheared off in their mounts.
So yeah, thats about it. Absolutely chuffed to bits with it
Here's a few pics...
Oh, and I'm up in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and desparate to try her out off-road if anyone else is near or knows of anyone or anywhere...?

Thanks for the warm welcome peeps!
And thanks for the avatar Darrell!
Think I've only got one other pic at the min.
Took the roof off one night for a lil drive with some mates in search of lanes...
