Wright been busy cut the corners of my bumper and welded it all up will upload pics as its too dark in my garage and cold just got to drill a hole in each of my brackets so I can put a shackle on it so will do that at college tmoz as they have Sharp drill bits and will be quicker when that's done it will be welded to brakets and will then sort out the hoop to go on top

Looks great, Tapering the ends made it look much better :thumbup: .
Don't paint it with hammerite though :cry: Chips far too easily.

Right I have primed my front bumper and all welded
I made a hoop yesterday but its shit :yuk: so will look out for a 12 tone pipe bender as I want to make a hoop like wat turbo tom has and will put to spots on aswell

Wright once I have a pipe bender or gas for my blow tourch I will make a hoop like this but not as big or high I hope tom doesn't mind me nicking this pic

Tidy looking bumper. One day i'll get mine all welded all welded up. As sais tapered ends look good. It fits the front of the zuk well.
