:welcome: to :suzuki:clubUK looks like a nice SJ.

Unfortunately add-a-leafs have the effect of stiffening up the suspension, that's what they do best  lift shackles won't do anything to soften the ride I'm afraid so I wouldn't really bother with them, the way I always see it is if the tyres fit then you don't need any more lift, it won't really be of any benefit

Thankyou for the great welcome from everyone and the advise. The SJ is pretty much rot free and in very good condition, and although enjoy off roading, I do intend looking after her well :)

Cheers Daz, already tried him...... emailed him 18th Jan. No reply. Then he relisted for breaking and I emailed again asking about hard top, winch bumper, wheels and tyres and roll cage. All gone but the roll cage, which I am tempted to build myself. Thanks for the link though, much appreciated :)

Welcome to the club!

Not the cheapest but if all you want is decent lift springs and quality service. Llama 4x4, Dave is sound. Tidy looking motor.

As you can see from Dans photo he's from the ghetto. I'm considering a weekend down there maybe. Once the war is over.

Fairly sure Mike Harris has been mentioned for parts. You've gotta be quick for a lot of bits. Also anything in particular you want bang up a wanted ad. Loads of us on here have a shed full of stuff to sort / sell.

Hi Jordi and thanks for the advise. Lift and width = bigger tyres :D

Yes Daz, I would have done a deal on all the bits in one go, but he couldn't be bothered to reply, pitty as it would have been convenient but hey ho!
Oh and possibly feel the urge to build a rock lobster.
