G16A engine conversion last snags

Post by Richie » Sun Apr 14, 2013 4:26 pm

Almost finished my g16a engine conversion, however when i took the engine out of my spare sj it wasnt finished or wired in.

Everything is completly done apart from all of the following

All fuel pipes not conected (including what to do with old fuel pump in tank)?
Lots of hoses and pipes coming out of standard carb (not conecting to anything)
All water pipes not conected to anything (not sure where they go)
Starter and ault not wired up at all
Ignition coil and dizzy not wired in

Its basically all the plumbings and wiring isnt connected and havent got a clue how because i didnt remove the engine from the standard vitara myself :(

Can someone explain or link me where it will give me a step by step guide one how to plug this engine up? Thx, Rich

Ditto
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.
