Re: Project KJA
Hi, small update,
My dad had spent ages trying to unstick the steering thing that connect to the steering box as it was to short for the jimmy one, but he got there with lots of heat and force. It now slides, but has got to be repainted now before it can go in.
New vit rad is all in with the electric fan. Just got to paint the brackets then its in for good.
Spent the afternoon stripping and cleaning everything to do with the heater, simple but took for ever, stinking inside it was. Just glad it all spit apart so I could get it all out.
All that's in now and the wiper mechanism is in. Just lost a skinny nut off the wiper stub, hoping it will turn up.
Just got to remember how all the loom goes and the heater cables, might have to check past photos lol.
Any way, I'll keep you updated

Yea, simplest thing I could think of, solid enough. Was going to go over board on it but there is no point. It's not going any where. job done,
Wish I'd noticed the sticky on the subject before I started it , might not have taken so long lol

Afternoon all,
Dash stripped and cleaned on a nice sunny day,
And by the awsome power of my dremel it was also treated to a clock
All I got to do now is fit it all
