SCUK goes to TruckFest 2014

Ok, it's a long way off i know.

Me and Tom were just having our usual chit chat and came up with the idea of a social club gathering and some kind of event with lots to do. We came up with truckfest @ peterborough as one for next year.

Thinking club stand, camping, bbq, beer, bbq, beer. Oh and trucks.

Its mainly a big road transport event with working and show trucks from all over europe. Manufacturers, american trucks, vintage, classic and military.

There is model stands, RC models, craft stalls, clothing stalls, workwear stalls, tool stalls, lighting and accessory stalls, CB stalls etc....

A main arena usually has monster trucks, motorbike stunt show, HGV recovery demo, minor celebs.

In the past i know he Hilux clubs has been and the goldwing club.

It is always the first May bankholiday. Turn up saterday. Show is Sun & Mon.
