It's a 1969 Puch MS50D, with a 3speed hand change gearbox, it's a subsidiary of Daimler Puch who made the haflinger and the pinzgauer, they're an Austrian company and they are quite big in the Netherlands even though they shut years ago. The ms50d's based on a 50's design and they made versions (not the same model but similar) right through to the 70's they even sold some to the Royal Mail to use as telegram despatch bikes.
