Tom's New Green oval Shaped Logo Wagon - POLL
Re: Tom's New Green oval Shaped Logo Wagon - POLL
I'm pretty sure faulty lights are non endorsable offences, i.e. just a £30 fine and no points, it's the same with wheel arches not covering the tread, many people seem to think you can get points for that but you can't http://www.met.police.uk/foi/pdfs/discl ... 002633.pdf
But as it's all of them you could get 3 points under CU20 "Causing or likely to cause danger by use of unsuitable vehicle or using a vehicle with parts or accessories (excluding brakes, steering or tyres) in a dangerous condition"
