New kid on the block

Post by Willi54 » Fri Jul 04, 2014 12:33 pm

Hello,
I joined yesterday.
Monday I´ll get the German Historic Licenceplate for my ´83 SJ 410.
The car has been brought up from a place near Nice in 2003.
The electric wirering is a bit different from the ones sold here.
Rumor has it, it´s like the British version ?!?
My son and me drive it out to Cyprus, where we live parttime.
Anybody else out there in Suzukistan having conections to the island ?
Since there are plenty of British expats down there, maybe chances are not all to bad.
If so, please drop a line.
Easy does it
Uli

:welcome: to :suzuki: club UK, the wiring it has will depend on if it was built in Japan or Spain as far as i'm aware, both are quite similar just a few wire colours are different. all the wiring diagrams can be found in the electrical section on the forum.

I think that German models do have different wiring, I'd have to check the FSM. Have you got the rear diff-lock fitted?
