Edweird has got his hands on some Suzuki Porn,
His mitts are going to be dirty,
make sure if you shake his hand that he has washed them first

Edwierd's Suzuki
HAaha!!!! Cheers for all the advice and comments lads.
Upon closer inspection today, it's not AS tidy as I thought. By all means, it's still damn good, but there's going to be a fair bit more work to do to get it to exhibition standard. The arches are a little scruffy under the plastic trim and there's holes in the bottoms of the doors etc.
It's still damn smart for an SJ, but not good enough for me to break out the anorak and folding chair at a car show.
As always, here's a few photos to show what I mean:
P.S. Sorry for huge images

The usual places that you find tin worm.
Im sure you have had a close look under the carpets and around the windscreen frame.
Any way , by the looks of the photo's , its doesnt look too bad to worry about. only small patch up jobs. We all been there, seen it, done that, and have the joys of patching up.
Enjoy

Yeah, those are the original Dunlop tyres the truck left the showroom on 26 years ago.
I wasn't calling you an anorak Dom, I was refering to me, and I was joking.
I'll need advice and possibly help (if I can get it) to do the bodywork, as I've never done it before, but I've got other things to do first.

Re: Edweird's Suzuki 410
any chance you can check what tyre you have on your spare? My 92 sammy had a firestorm tyre on the spare mounted on a pepper pot wheel, It looked brand new (and I still have it in my dads garage) but I wasn't sure if it was the originaltyre,
as for slight rust, mine was fantastic when i bought it the only bit that was rusty was the rear bumper, and then the longer you have it the more the bubbly bits appear! just keep on top of them! it still looks like a real bargin,

Re: Edweird's Suzuki 410
Hey up lads, another update from today's fiddling and stuff.
I had all the trim out of the boot, and had a good hoover out, including rust, which revealed that once again, the arch was begining to go, and, more worryingly, there is a *small hole near the fuel filler. I also noticed that the clattering sound I'd noticed is actually coming from the end of the exhaust, as the tail pipe is up against the chassis.
So far, all the bad stuff seems to be on the drivers side, whilst the passenger side is much more clean and tidy.
Pictures:
Also, being a 410, it doesn't have an anti-roll bar. As I'm not planning much in the way of off-road, does anyone have one they have taken off that they would otherwise scrap? I'm in North Lincolnshire, between Scunthorpe and Grimsby.
