Get a compression test done i think might indicate if the rings are going.. Is it a constant stream of blue smoke or a putt putt putt.. constant stream i would think is the rings, but a putt putt could be one of the inlet valve stems leaking as Dan said. I have leaky valve stem seals on 1 cylinder, but it only smokes for about 20 seconds after i start it then its ok and hardly uses any oil.

The head is off my sj i have changed the oil valve seals reseted the valves.
Should i do the rings?

Are all sj410 engines the same
