:lol: No! although it is back on temporarily, I already ordered the real McCoy from my Suzuki dealer (£6.36).

I'm trying to keep my van as stock as possible and every main dealer invoice will be good for the provenance folder.

Being steel into Alu, it's going back with copper anti-seize paste :D

Major tip!

Use a 15/16" (23.8mm) 6 Point socket on these 24mm bolt heads, as you can see they are slightly 'sloppy' or even quite rounded, even from new.

Can I ask a little favor when you go into the dealership, could you ask how much a drain and fill plug (for the diffs) is for a Jimny? Pretty please?

What style are the jimny ones, I might have some. You could come check out the mess....I mean workshop

If you still want to go down the dealer route.....

From 'Harry' parts advisor at your local Suzuki dealer, Vale Motors, Wincanton.

Filler plug £4.03 + VAT each

Drain plug £5.30 + VAT each (more, as has magnet)

Both would be ordered from Germany and would be available for Friday as they have good stock.
