We washed our Vitara the other day,a couple of weeks of farmers roads + council road grit - she looked like a proper off roader 
We don't do any serious off roading in the old girl but I do use it on a grass airfield (gliding club) most weeks,great fun to drive as well - I just wish she had a wee bit more power,a 1600 Auto is fairly sluggish LOL
