rear disk pads

i thor that 2 so iv modded the hanger a bit. (with a hammer big one) to push it ova a bit.
i made it out off the old brum brakes and my donner anus hanger calliper.

also what brakes are you using in rear?
if they are the same size as the front 1's or bigger then the rear will do all the braking first if this is the case then you need to put a bias vavle in the rear brake line then adjust it so the front lock up first
and as scottie says def not sitting right on the disc
