Well, I'm in the Scunthorpe area, but SJ's are really rare here. Only 3 registered within 50 miles.

I guess this is about getting a network of SCUK members all over the country helping each other with parts and accessories... For example I just bought and paid for an item 160 miles round trip from me.. Got there to pick it up and it was the wrong size and I'm stuck with it..If there had been a club member in that town he could of checked it out and informed me.

I still think this is a great idea. There needs to be some kind of format for providing info etc. Maybe something integrated into the members map? Limited to members in SCUKer section to avoid people joining to ask?

Hey I like this idea. Will have a look at that this week.
I could put a set of markers on the map that will show members with a certain option checked in their profile...

Then from the markers on a map you could PM the member

Sorted. Is there any way to only limit it to a certain group of members?

Also have options for?

Willing to collect and post
Willing to inspect for you
Frequently driving.....
Willing to look after your hair dressers tennis partners cat etc...

I dont know enough about coding to know how hard or easy that is :D

I'll be working in Camberley, west of London for a couple of weeks soon.

Be driving down from Kilmarnock near Glasgow on a Sunday and back up on Fridays.
