What size wheels do you have, you got any arch mods?

to be fair most of the problems youve had are not graystones fault
apart from them been a little faffy tyring to fit them i never had issues with them in the past
ive got some new billet ones but they are still 30-32mm wide so you`d have the same issue as youve got now even if you bought the more expensive ones.
i think you options would be a narrower tyre. maybe a 195 80 15 , i had these on my sami and they just peekd out of the arches a little. more on one side being an sj
maybe you could get the spacers and studs turned down a bit to maybe a 20mm spacer? but you`d be limited by the length of the standard studs on the axle.

You can't machine down those spacers, they are cast and hollow. I personally wouldn't put them anywhere near an SJ of mine. It's solid, machined spacers or nothing.
I prefer nothing and wider wheels

I have to run them because I love my alloys too much. Personally my graystons have never given me any trouble.

Ive had grayston spacers on mine for about 5 years now... got the set of for for £15 off ebay it was rude not to!! lol
Never problems with clearance of bumpers... but they again I have a 2.5" lift and different bumpers anyway
I check them periodically and there isn't really any wear to the spacers themselves so I'm pretty happy with them

To get ur hub caps to fit wrap insulation tape round the end then push them into the spacer from the back before fitting the spacer back on the anus. Worked fine on our bit.
